In accordance with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act (CPA), an internet agreement is only finalized when you are provided an express opportunity to accept or decline the final quoted contract. A written copy of the finalized agreement will be delivered to your provided email address within 15 days of acceptance.
All itemized prices provided in your formal quote will clearly state the cost of goods, applicable HST (13%), and any delivery or service charges. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and corporate EFTs. A deposit may be required to secure your booking date.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 7-13 days will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable to cover the cost of prepared goods.
